In the PVC process, some unpolymerized vinyl chlorine monomer need to be collected. The collecting of vinyl chlorine monomer is operated under the changing pressure. When it is above the atmospheric pressure inside of the reactor (different pressure against different licence), at this condition, unpolymerized vinyl chlorine monomer can enter into the compressor to be compressed and collected after cooling. If the pressure inside of the reactor is lower than the atmospheric pressure, it can be compressed to atmospheric pressure from vacuum by Tsurumi liquid ring vacuum pump, and collected after compressed by  compressor.
